How to Add a Contact or Signup Form in the My Popup Plugin

In the Presets tab of the My Popup plugin, you’ll find ready-made layouts for contact forms and newsletter signup forms.

These built-in presets are only pre-designed templates — they don’t include working form fields or any processing on their own. You’ll need to add the actual form code yourself.

For a contact form, you can use a popular WordPress plugin like Contact Form 7. Simply create your form in the plugin and copy its shortcode or HTML embed code.

For newsletter signup forms, you can use services like UniSender, MailerLite, or SendPulse. After you register with one of these providers, they’ll give you the HTML code to embed their signup form. Subscriber email collection and processing are handled by the service itself.

To add any form (contact or signup) to your popup:

1. Open the popup editor in My Popup.
2. Select the preset you want to use.
3. Go to the Content tab.
4. Replace the placeholder in the HTML Code field with the embed code for your contact or signup form.
